Teenage Emotions

From when we are kids, teen life is when we are exposed to the reality of the world and
understand it day by day. The time when best friends become strangers, going high meant swinging on the playground. When homework goes in the trash, your worst enemies were your siblings. When protection meant wearing a helmet. The only thing that hurt you was your grazed knees and goodbyes only meant until tomorrow. We all said we couldn't wait to grow up, what were we thinking?
Being a teenager in this world is very risky, be moody, having thoughts of suicide, excessive
stress and pressure, lacking interest in personal activities, and struggling to sleep at night lead to depression and anxiety. Studies show that 47% of the population around the world die due to teenager depression.
